Loro Piana

The concept for Loro Piana Salone del Mobile, revolved around the idea of invisible light. Conveying a sense of warmth and shift, that goes unnoticed, whilst still influencing the space.

The backdrop lighting created small movements, as it progressed, the natural lighting and fixtures work together giving the sense of time passing by. Instead of fighting against the sun, we used it to transform the space.

To create this atmosphere, we placed various stands and spotlights across the two levels to manufacture beams of light that picked up the furniture, casting shadows around the space. In addition to this, the LED sky panel controlled the colour temperature of the room, and the LED backdrop lights created the movement.
